A growing company in the Tri-Valley area has an immediate need for a Customer Service Coordinator who can be the "go to person" for assisting customers, the sales department and Field Technicians in answering the phones, taking sales orders and scheduling Technicians for maintenance and installations. Daily Tasks Include:
•Answer incoming calls and make outbound customer calls.
•Create work orders and invoices using the company's propriety CRM system
•Data entry for new customer files and sales orders
•Purchase product for the technicians
•Scheduling Technicians for onsite visits with customers
•Invoicing work orders
Skills and Qualifications:
•1-2 years of relevant Customer Service experience
•Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
•Acute attention to detail
•Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
