Job title: Quality Control Auditor- HR

• Ensure pay and scheduling practices comply with Federal, State and local laws, Client policies and Collective Bargaining Agreements.
• Provide subject matter expertise and training critical to successful implementation of and adherence to HR Connect
• Audit Attendance Administration Program entries to ensure attendance tracking data is accurate and managers can hold employees accountable
This role helps ensure pay and scheduling practices comply with Federal, State and local laws, Client policies and Collective Bargaining Agreements
Concurrent and retrospective audits for accuracy, timeliness, completion and compliance, and identification of training opportunities for performance improvement.
We currently lack the resources for readiness training for HR Connect. Staffers will need extensive training on the new time system as our departments are responsible for completion of over 4,500 timecards. Staffers will require training, audits to ensure adherence as well as ongoing support and remedial training needs.
Auditing accurate staffer documentation in the Attendance Administration Program (AAP) ensures attendance tracking data is accurate, thereby ensuring leaders have the information necessary hold employees accountable.
Auditing all 53 staffers requires 424 hours. Employees are audited quarterly.
Team Leads are SEIU members so unable to conduct QA as QA results may lead to performance improvement plans and potential disciplinary action. QA must be a neutral party, neither Labor nor Management due to conflict of interest. Staffing departments work is highly specialized and complex, so we are unable to have anyone outside of our department assume this workload.
