The company is looking for someone who will perform strategic PMO and CMO Chief of Staff duties to help us bring a strategic decision-making framework to our Marketing department and help bring our vision to life through cross-department collaboration, building business plans and operational plans, managing projects through to execution and following up with analysis and optimizations. You will collaborate with our business line leads to develop annual marketing plans, manage budgets, develop the marketing strategy to achieve company goals, build quarterly OKRs and campaign calendars, and take our projects through to execution by collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Help develop the marketing strategy and operational plan to drive initiatives to execution
  • Create a centralized strategy, planning, and prioritization that is aligned with company goals and brings a unified view across all marketing teams
  • Create and drive annual and quarterly planning by collaborating with various stakeholders like the Business Line leaders, BD teams, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and the various Marketing leaders
  • Own Marketing budget, capacity, and campaign planning
  • Own marketing KPI framework, and drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews
  • Build out the quarterly strategic initiatives calendar and manage campaigns to execution
  • Develop and implement operating reports to drive alignment, accountability, and coordination across the team (from OKR 's to team communications and more)
  • Manage weekly Marketing leadership meetings, monthly all-hands meetings including setting the agenda, and tracking follow-through to increase accountability
  • Manage 3rd party contracts, agencies, and vendors.

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing in a high-growth SaaS environment with excellent program management skills
  • Marketing generalist experience or hands-on experience with multiple different marketing roles or experience with a broad role spanning multiple functions preferred
  • Deep understanding of strategic decision making, project management, portfolio management, budgeting, and capacity planning
  • Deep understanding of the various marketing functions and how they work together
  • Diligent and extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding at building relationships and collaborating with peers, senior leaders, and cross-functionally to produce great results
  • Data-driven mindset and comfort working with machine learning and statistical models
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, articulate, and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to see the big picture as well as a keen attention to detail.
  • Possess a strong teamwork ethic; must have the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
  • Motivated, positive attitude, and results-oriented.
