The Hot Behind You Hospitality Management Group operates The Table, Forthright Oyster Bar & Kitchen, The Vesper, Shepherd & Sims and Lamella. We are searching for a Chef de Cuisine for Forthright Oyster Bar & Kitchen. This small restaurant does a tremendous amount of volume. We have 4.5 stars on Yelp and are a neighborhood favorite.

Requirements

Previous Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine Experience 2-5 years

Ability to stand for 10-12 hours

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Must be able to work Saute, Grill, Expo, Pantry and Oyster Station (shucking oysters)
