As an Analytics Program Manager, you will lead the strategic portfolio and capacity planning across Robert Half's Global Marketing Analytics organization. This role will focus on developing actionable, multilayered analytics roadmaps that tie together our measurement/instrumentation, data engineering, reporting/analysis, experimentation, and quality assurance functions to ensure we meet our digital product and marketing objectives and commitments. This role will maintain a complex portfolio of projects, provide regular communication to leadership & stakeholders, and drive prioritization and alignment across a large cross-functional team. In addition, the analytics program manager will work closely with our Scrum Masters to program sprints and improve our internal processes.
Your specific responsibilities include:
Lead the development, ownership, and execution of portfolio management strategy
Develop, maintain, and publish actionable, multilayered analytics roadmaps aligned with the program deliverables as per guidelines issued by the Analytics leadership
Develop capacity/resource allocation planning for multiple teams
Work with scrum master and leadership to program biweekly team sprints from backlog based on capacity planning and ensure alignment with analytics roadmap
Review and monitor the status of planned projects to ensure that roadmap and capacity planning is current and up to date
Collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners to identify technical project dependencies; Marketing Technology, Product Management, IT Partners
Implement process improvement to maximize project transparency, team efficiency, and on-time delivery
Develop and implement communication and documentation strategy that provides transparency into the status of projects across the analytics portfolio
Communicate with team leadership on change to project scopes and statuses and the potential impact to roadmaps
Provide updates on overall team hours capacity to give transparent view to analytics leadership and stakeholders of workload and prioritization.
Establish and lead core team for proper cascading of information with POC's from each major functional team (IT, Marketing, Product, PMO, Analytics, etc.)
Craft Service Level Agreement (SLA) document defining processes, procedures, mutually understood expectations
