Administrative Assistant

  •  Answer multi- lines telephone and transfer to appropriate staff members
  •  Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: data entry, faxing,      mailing, and filing
  •  Process and mail out invoices
  •  Manage company calendars in Outlook
  •  Provide administrative support to office staff
  •  Verify employee time record; process payroll
  •  Inspect customer's vehicles prior to being up-fitted
  •  Process credit card payment
  •  Quote customers on products
  •  Create and prep work orders prior to up fit
  •  Receptionist/customer service required
  •  Able to use a multi-line phone system
  •  **Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  •  Experience with invoicing and ability to learn internal process
