The Administrative Assistant will be the liaison between different company departments. They will be working very closely across all departments and will be go to person for various projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3+ years of recent administrative experience along with top-notch interpersonal skills, a positive demeanor and excellent customer service. Must be intermediate with Word and Excel.
Main Responsibilities: -Take client calls and address issues within 24 hours. Produce requested reports and assemble Board Packets in a clean, orderly, and professional fashion. Provide "Buddy System" backup for Front Desk Staff during rest periods, lunch breaks and absences. Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services
•Research, documentation, word processing and data entry -Maintain office files and other records -Process incoming and outgoing mail -Distribute interoffice mail as needed -Schedule appointments and coordinate conference rooms -Provide back-up front desk support in the main lobby support for guests, visitors and the company's employees.
Additional Qualifications: -2-3+ years of progressive administrative support experience -Extremely articulate, polished, and professional -Ability to interface with administrators of all levels -Must be flexible, willing to help out wherever needed -Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment -Bachelor's Degree highly preferred -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
